The download is deliberately held back. Every installation of this product so far
has been on the machine that builds it, or on machines that already had an earlier version. The
clean-machine acceptance — installing on a computer that has never seen it — is the one
test that would catch an installer that only works where a previous version has been. It is the last
thing outstanding, and the download opens when it passes.
Check what you downloaded
Every file is signed by Dugong International PVT LTD with an extended validation certificate, so Windows names the publisher when you run it. If it ever names anybody else, do not run it.
The SHA-256 of each file is below. To check a download:

The installer carries the
.msi inside it; both are listed so either can be checked.
Qboqo.Analytics.Desktop.exe is the application itself, listed so you can verify the file
on disk after installing.

Source for the installer's own components
The installer's user interface is built on the WiX Toolset and is published under the Microsoft Reciprocal License. Its source is at github.com/wixtoolset, and the two layout files we changed are available from us on request at no charge. The full licence is reproduced in the agreement.
